Shipping Policy:

Delivery of the product may be delayed for number of reasons, and since the courier service is provided by a third party, we are not liable for any delivery delays.

If your order is delayed and has a status in transit, you cannot claim a refund in Prepaid orders or a refund for partial payment in COD orders unless the order status is Lost or Return to Origin (RTO).

Order may dispatch late due to making jewelry or energization and pooja.

Important Notes:

  • – Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
  • – Return Shipment is at customer’s cost
  • – Payment Gateway charges and COD charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit  cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards; For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
  • – Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

– Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

1. Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition along with the original invoice and certificate of authenticity.

2. Return Shipping Responsibility:

For security and safety purposes, the customer must ship the product back on their own and at their own cost.

Ratnakamal will not arrange pickup services for returns under any circumstances.

3. Inspection & Refund Timeline:

After the product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

If the item shows signs of usage, tampering, or replacement, the return/refund request will be rejected.

4. Video Proof Required for Returns:

Customers must record a complete unboxing and repacking video (without cuts or edits) showing the condition of the product, certificate, and packaging before shipping it back. Returns without such video proof may not be accepted.

5. Tampering or Substitution Policy:

If any gemstone or jewelry is found to be altered, resized, replaced, or damaged, the return and refund will be declined immediately.

6. Certificate & Packaging Requirement:

The original authenticity certificate, invoice, and jewelry box must be returned with the item. Missing certificates or accessories will result in deduction or rejection of refund.

7. Transit Damage or Loss:

The customer is responsible for secure packing and insurance during return transit.

Ratnakamal is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during return shipping.

8. Return Authorization Validity:

Once the return address is shared, the customer must ship the product within 3 working days. Returns shipped later may be refused.

9. Fraud or Misuse Prevention:

Ratnakamal reserves the right to deny service or future orders to customers found misusing the return policy or attempting fraudulent returns.

Ratna Kamal will deduct all applicable charges including freight charges (which may differ from those displayed on the website and will be as per the actual charges reflected in the shipping panel), insurance, payment gateway or COD charges, packaging, and any other related expenses before processing any refund or replacement.
