Returns & Replacement Policy

Ratna Kamal offers a very transparent and simple 4 Days Return & Replacements policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Ratna Kamal team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 4 Day period by meeting the above conditions.

Note: Shipping charges, VAT, Pooja charges(If added), Jewellery making charges and duties are not refundable.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for Money.

You can only get refund for the value of metal used in the jewellery and the value will be applicable on the day we receive the parcel back. NOTE price of metals like brass, copper and punchdhatu are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your jewelry order, Ratna kamal will deduct making charges of 25% off the total purchase price.

If you cancel your order, Ratna kamal will deduct payment gateway charges before initiating refund.

If your jewelry order cost is more than 25% of your purchase and you cancel your order, Ratna Kamal will deduct the jewelry costs.

If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Ratna Kamal will deduct the certification cost.

If you cancel your order after opting for chargeable pooja, Ratna Kamal will deduct the pooja cost.

If you are unavailable, unreachable, uncontactable or refuse to take the order Ratna Kamal will deduct the cost of Shipping charges, RTO charges, Tax, Jewelry making charges (If added), Chargeable certification cost, Added pooja cost and duties from prepaid payment or partial payment in COD order.
