Returns & Replacement Policy

Ratna Kamal offers a very transparent and simple 7 Days Return & Replacements policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  • Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Ratna Kamal team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 7 Day period by meeting the above conditions.

Note: Shipping charges, VAT, Pooja charges(If added), Jewellery making charges and duties are not refundable.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for Money.

You can only get refund for the value of metal used in the jewellery and the value will be applicable on the day we receive the parcel back. NOTE price of metals like brass, copper and punchdhatu are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your jewelry order, Ratna kamal will deduct making charges of 25% off the total purchase price.

If you cancel your order, Ratna kamal will deduct payment gateway charges before initiating refund.

If your jewelry order cost is more than 25% of your purchase and you cancel your order, Ratna Kamal will deduct the jewelry costs.

If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Ratna Kamal will deduct the certification cost.

If you cancel your order after opting for chargeable pooja, Ratna Kamal will deduct the pooja cost.

If you are unavailable, unreachable, uncontactable or refuse to take the order Ratna Kamal will deduct the cost of Shipping charges, RTO charges, Tax, Jewelry making charges (If added), Chargeable certification cost, Added pooja cost and duties from prepaid payment or partial payment in COD order.

Adjustable Rings Disclaimer

Adjustable rings offered by Ratna Kamal Gems are delicate pieces of jewelry. They require careful handling to avoid damage. Due to the nature of their design, these rings may break if not handled with appropriate care. Ratna Kamal Gems will not be responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of improper handling or misuse of adjustable rings. By purchasing an adjustable ring from Ratna Kamal Gems, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Additionally, any repairs or replacements due to such damage will incur additional charges.

Handling of Gemstone

Opals, emeralds and some other stones are natural gemstones known for their unique beauty and delicate nature. Due to their composition, they are more susceptible to cracks, scratches, and other imperfections. These characteristics are inherent to the gemstones and are not considered defects. To ensure the longevity and beauty of your opal and emerald jewelry, please follow our provided care instructions carefully. Our return policy covers issues reported within 7 days of delivery; however, damage resulting from improper care or handling after this period is the customer’s responsibility.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition along with the original invoice and certificate of authenticity.

  1. Return Shipping Responsibility:
    For security and safety purposes, the customer must ship the product back on their own and at their own cost.

    Ratnakamal will not arrange pickup services for returns under any circumstances.
  2. Inspection & Refund Timeline:
    After the product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
    If the item shows signs of usage, tampering, or replacement, the return/refund request will be rejected.
  3. Video Proof Required for Returns:
    Customers must record a complete unboxing and repacking video (without cuts or edits) showing the condition of the product, certificate, and packaging before shipping it back. Returns without such video proof may not be accepted.
  4. Tampering or Substitution Policy:
    If any gemstone or jewelry is found to be altered, resized, replaced, or damaged, the return and refund will be declined immediately.
  5. Certificate & Packaging Requirement:
    The original authenticity certificate, invoice, and jewelry box must be returned with the item. Missing certificates or accessories will result in deduction or rejection of refund.
  6. Transit Damage or Loss:
    The customer is responsible for secure packing and insurance during return transit.
    Ratnakamal is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during return shipping.
  7. Return Authorization Validity:
    Once the return address is shared, the customer must ship the product within 3 working days. Returns shipped later may be refused.
  8. Fraud or Misuse Prevention:
    Ratnakamal reserves the right to deny service or future orders to customers found misusing the return policy or attempting fraudulent returns.
  9. Ratna Kamal will deduct all applicable charges including freight charges (which may differ from those displayed on the website and will be as per the actual charges reflected in the shipping panel), insurance, payment gateway or COD charges, packaging, and any other related expenses before processing any refund or replacement.
